## Get help

Email [hello@renor.cloud](mailto:hello@renor.cloud) about your account, your workspace, connecting an AI client, billing or refunds. Write from your account address so we can find your workspace, and never send a connection token: it is a password.

We reply by email as soon as we can, but we do not promise a response time: Renor offers no service-level agreement (see the [Terms of Service](https://renor.cloud/terms)).
