Get help

Email [email protected] about your account, your workspace, connecting an AI client, billing or refunds. Write from your account address so we can find your workspace, and never send a connection token: it is a password.

We reply by email as soon as we can, but we do not promise a response time: Renor offers no service-level agreement (see the Terms of Service).

Privacy and security

For access to your data or deletion of your account, email [email protected] from your account address (see the Privacy Policy). To report a security issue, email [email protected] with “Security” in the subject line (see Security and your data).
